Product Description and Operation Guide

The water pump is well connected with the inlet and outlet pipes. It is necessary to ensure that the inlet and outlet pipes are tightly connected, otherwise it will cause problems such as low pressure, no water absorption, and water leakage. Install a filter at the water inlet, and the density of the filter should be above 80 mesh. The pump works intermittently, and it must not work 24 hours a day. The pump is connected to the power supply, and the output parameters of the connected power supply must meet the input requirements of the motor.

Turn on the power, the water pump will start running for 5-10 seconds, drain the air in the pump and pipeline, wait for the water to stabilize, turn off the power temporarily, connect the water gun, faucet, shower and other related tools. When you stop using it, you only need to turn off the faucet at the water outlet. The pump has a pressure switch to automatically start and stop. The next time you use it, you only need to turn on the faucet to work normally.

The water inlet must be equipped with a filter device, and liquids with impurities cannot be sucked in, otherwise it will easily block the water pump, which will cause the pressure to decrease, the flow rate to decrease, or even the water cannot be pumped. In order to avoid water leakage to the rotor when the product fails, the correct installation method is that the pump head is down or placed flat. If you hear the abnormal sound of the switch ticking during operation, please turn off the pump immediately and increase the pressure appropriately. The water pump has a pressure switch adjustment function, which can adjust the pressure appropriately according to its actual needs, but it cannot be adjusted too small or too large.

The double four-leaf blade can mash the dirt into small particles, making it easy to pass through the 25MM outlet, greatly reducing clogging. The clean water inlet on/off valve can be connected to the water pipe, flushing and cleaning the remaining dirt in the pump, easy to operate, clean and store, the connector has a switch rotary button, which can control whether the water flow enters or not. The product has a manual crushing function, which can solve unexpected problems. When the obstruction is around, the motor cannot operate normally. You can unscrew the bottom cover, use a flat-blade screwdriver to turn the middle screw, and manually crush the obstruction.

The product is equipped with an American plug, and the total length of the wiring harness is 2.3 meters, which can be easily connected with the cigarette lighter. The waste water outlet can be connected to a 1"(25MM) hose, which is simple and convenient to operate. The water inlet can be connected to a 3" (75MM) hose, can mash waste in the effective area, strong power.

Troubleshooting

If the electricity is on but the water pump does not work, or the water pump does not work after using it once, you can open the cover of the pressure switch above the pump head, connect the two connecting wires together, and rule out whether it is a short circuit of the motor caused by the damage of the switch. Any water pump has a starting current. The starting current is generally 3-5 digits of working current. Please ensure that the battery and power supply are sufficient.

If the pump does not work just after receiving the cargo, it is likely to be caused by the loosening of the motor carbon brushes due to the violent transportation during the express transportation process, and the motor carbon brush does not rebound. No need to worry, disassemble the back cover of the motor back cover and slide the springs of the two carbon brushes and install them.

If the water pump works normally, but the suction is insufficient, the water output is small, and the pressure is low, you can disassemble the pump head, check whether there is any blockage in the pump cavity, whether the pump head and the motor bracket are loose, if yes, clean up the debris on the valve and diaphragm, tighten the screws, and install it.
